The Hundred Movement announces its Annual Fundraiser and Silent Auction benefitting the survivors of human trafficking. The event is being held from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., Saturday, September 23, 2023, at “Engage,” which is located at 41 North Merrimon Ave, Suite 107, Asheville, NC 28804. Tickets are $25 and include drinks, heavy hors d’oeuvres, and dessert. In addition to the social activities and silent auction, the evening will feature commentary from a human trafficking survivor. We invite you to share the evening with us and learn more about the work being done to solve the problem of human trafficking in the Asheville area.
The Hundred Movement is a local 501(c)(3) organization committed to providing 100 Points of Exit for Victims of Human Trafficking. The program focuses on safety, resources, support, and opportunities necessary for survivors to transition successfully. Amanda Gopal, executive director, Amanda Gopal is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in sexual assault, PTSD, and sex trafficking.
