Ginger Frank, founder of Poppy Handcrafted Popcorn, created a product that’s a favorite among people in WNC and a growing number of places throughout the country. Poppy’s website states, “You can’t fake real,” and real the adventure has been from surviving the early days, through unexpected challenges (Helene), and becoming a recognized brand.
